Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rubber Boot I wear rubber boots as a Pipeliner almost everyday in the winter season. These boots outperformed the Dunlop boots that I use to wear. I wont be buying Dunlop anymore! Baffin has me sold!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought a second pair Lost my first pair which lasted 2 years. Worked in the mining industry. Used them for hunting, fishing and atving 365 days. So good I bought a second pair. Little hint though not good for kicking wood in bonfires.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Boot I work in Northern Alberta wearing these boots in the winter and muddy season (8-months) for 12+ hours a day. They're lasting great so far (8mo). They are very comfy. I do suggest that if you are going to be working for long stretches in the extreme cold to get a larger size and get a pair of BAMA Booties to go inside. The booties are a must have in the cold climate. If you wear them with bare leg on the inside they will rip all of your leg hair off. This not only hurts but looks pretty funny when you have hairy legs.... The dunlops do it too (which are also good boots). Just wear pants or very high socks or whatever underneath. All in all, good boot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boot with only a few minor problems These boots are insanely comfy on the feet! The sole is very durable and you can't feel anything through the bottoms. Make sure you buy your boots at a perfect size because, the rim around the top of the boot chafes the legs (depending on what you're wearing) the steel toe is definitely a bonus! I have had no trouble with any cracking of the material around the toe or what not. The steel is very strong and will not break or bend. The overall quality of the boot is excellent. The boots are recommended a bit to high for the cold weather resistance, they are good for -30/-35 degrees. The boots are a bit over priced, $229.99 is a lot of money. The perfect price for these boots would be $185. The boot definitely gets a full star rating but there is only a couple adjustments that would make these boots completely perfect!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This boot is poorly made..... I bought this boot 5 months ago and really liked the comfort of the boot...But the bottom tread of the boot is pealing off.. The glue used is not holding and loosing the tread on the bottom of the boot...VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Lot of money for a poor quality boot..NEVER buy this brand again.....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Also only lasted 1 year, better value and durability from Dunlops I've had two pairs of Dunlops and one pair of these Baffins. Definitely less bulky and clunky to walk in than the Dunlops but I only got a year out of these Baffins. For the price I don't find that acceptable. The sole wears out real quick and mine developed a leak at about 11 months. Go with the Dunlops overall a much superior boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from painful ring around the calves Walking around camp in the summer, you can tell who wears Ice Bears. They have permanent scarring around their calves from this product. The top edge rubs incessantly against the skin, and chafes it raw. Daily application of a ring of surgical tape was the only thing that kept me from bleeding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for cold weather This boot is great for COOL, wet weather, but don't expect them to keep your toes warm in extreme cold. They have fairly good grip in mild temps, but, again, they turn into skates at -40.
