Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best T shirt ever for men. Plz dont discontinue! I have been buying these shirts on and off for the last 3yrs, as can't usually afford to buy lots at once as they are a litte high priced for a plain shirt. However, the fact that they last and last softens the wallet damage a little. I basically just buy black and white V necks for use as main tshirts and undershirts and find them great as double duty. I only buy tshirts with spandex in them as I find it makes the tshirt drape better and wash/wear better and overall keep shape longer. So when I find a decent one I tend to buy them forever. I find lycra/spandex in Ts also tends to smooth out the feel, and gives the surface a lovely soft drape to it. Not rough like cheaper 'loom' shirts. I have tried other V neck shirts from a big american big box competitor (ya know, the biggest retailer in the world, that one) and even though the other guys is half price, they always end up not looking as good or wearing as well as Marks ones, and Ive made up my mind to stop buying the 'other guys' shirts, as even though I can get 2 shirts for what Marks charges for 1, ive figured its a false economy, the seams on the marks ones stay flat, true and neat, and the 'other' ones just look beaten up after several months of wash wear cycles. I also noticed that the Marks white V necks are REALLY white compared to the other ones, which are creamy off white, just looks cheap on the 'other guys' shirt. So Marks warehouse, you got me for life on these tshirts! A request though Marks? Please PLEASE PLEASE can you make them in extra small?!?! I have to put mine through a boil wash and red hot dry to try and shrink them a little. As a more compact european man in build I tend to find north American clothes 1 size too big, so in EU I would normally buy medium, but over here a M is massive on me, so normally in mens clothing I have to move down 1 size. Even the small is okayish, but still a little too wide. It's almost as if (dare I say it) that Marks is factoring in beer bellies?!? :-O Of course, sods law will dictate now that I have found a decent all purpose T , Marks will discontinue it shortly. I do love me some MWW clothes, but Gents, you have a nasty habit of killing off clothing that I like. Men buy the same thing over and over. PLEEEEASE dont discontinue it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best T-shirt I own I wanted a V-neck shirt that wasn't for sleeping so not paper thin and see through. I wanted a shirt you could just wear by itself with shorts or jeans, perfect for summer time wear. This shirt is absolutely perfect to me. The 5% spandex really makes the shirt so much more comfortable than any shirt I have (at least I think that's the reason). It is just really soft, super comfortable and looks great. The only 2 things that could be a problem for some (not for me) is that the v-neck is not that deep, I would say it's barely a v-neck, but still has the great v-neck look. And secondly the size might be a bit bigger than indicated. I got an M which is what most of my other t-shirts are and it's definitely the biggest medium size shirt I own, but it's not necessarily up to a large I don't think. If you want a really tight fit I would recommend trying it on in store. Only washed it twice but seems to not shrink or change color at all.
