Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Boots This is my second winter wearing these boots and they show no signs of wear and tear. I have not had any of the lining issues that other reviewers have had. I like these boots. They are comfortable and warm, and I got them on sale. They are difficult (for me) to drive in, but that doesn't affect my rating as it's not the fault of Mark's. I tend to have an issue driving in almost any boot and have resorted to keeping a pair of "driving shoes" in the car. Overall, excellent boots, and I would recommend them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved them until.... I loved these boots for the first week, until... They developed hard lumps in the ball of the foot of both boots. Super painful to walk with. They did look great & kept my feet warm & dry, but the pain was too much to live with :( don't waste your $

Rated 3 out of 5 by from yet another pair with lining issues. these boots we're lovely and warm. Easy to put on but after less than a full winter they've ripped on one heel and are useless. very dissapointed. the price they are, to me denotes a certain level of expected quality and these fell short I would not buy these again or recommend them to anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues with heel seam & lace stoppers These boots are very comfortable and seem to handle the slush, ice, snow, and extremely cold temperatures very well. However, as it can be seen from other comments, there is an inherent design flaw in the heel seam. These boots were worn almost every day for about a month before the seem split on one heel. They became difficult to put on afterwards and were returned to the store for a new pair. I have had to return the boots twice so far (before even wearing them) because of a lace stopper (black thing at the end of the laces) either coming off or never being attached in the first place. The lace stoppers are necessary for these boots because it is rare that they even need to be tied up (a big plus for lazy people). Obviously there are some quality issues but as long as Mark's does refunds or exchanges for manufacturer defects then it can be dealt with. Overall a good boot for winter weather. They are only worth it, however, if you get them on sale. The original $180 pricetag is way too high.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inner lining problem As mentioned by others I too had inner lining problems at the heel. These boots are very warm, the traction is very good and they are comfortable. I am quite upset that the lining has ripped and that I am not the only one. For a $200 pair of boots they should not do this and I have only had them since November!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't last long! For the first month that I had these boots they were sooooo hard to get on! They were always comfortable once they were on but it took a lot of breaking them in to get them to slide on and off nicely! I found that my toes always got very cold. By the end of my second winter, the inner lining around the heel ripped and now they're next to impossible to get on. Overall, for the time when they were working their best, they were very comfy and dry, I could walk for over an hour in them with no trouble, but they didn't last nearly as long as I was hoping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from warm for winter I purchased these boots on sale about a month ago. These boots keep my feet warm and dry in all kinds of winter weather. I've worn them in the -20 temperatures with no regrets. They fit snug at first but they loosen up a bit with wear.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from inside lining problems I loved these boots when I bought them. The left one was a little snug and tricky to get on but I have wide feet and that's often the car with tall boots. But after a few wears the inner lining caught on my heal and ripped and now I can't get them on at all. It's very disappointing because they are really warm and comfortable once I did get them on.
