Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heel killers I purchased these boots on Sunday and wore them around the house for most of the day. they felt comfortable. I wore them to work and within an hour of walking I could hardly walk. by the end of the day I had two toonie sized blisters on my heels. Marks almost didn't let me exchange them because I wore them for 1 day. I am glad they did for store credit because these boots are unwearable. I got a pair of "work pro" boots that feel 100% better even with the blisters. stay away from these boots. I wish I would have read other reviews before I purchased these. it seems that I'm not the only one that has heel problems with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke in 6 months!!! For that amount of money they should last a year. They are bit wide and not too flexible. They are not for mechanic.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The heels wore out in 6 months The heel of the boot wore out in 6 months. I'm guessing it wore right through to the quad comfort foam. Cause when I walk in the rain it sounds like I'm ringing a sponge over a sink. I had the 8 inch mammoths a few boots ago and I had the same issue. It's got me turned off the whole Dakota brand completely. The boots are still comfortable especially with green super feet insoles. Guess I'll have to deal with noise and not bother trying to sneak up behind someone in the rain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Canadians are lucky to have green patch boots To cut a very long story short - since Marks will no longer ship off shore - I have had a terrible of a time over the past 2.5 months waiting for these boots. I live in New Zealand and our safety boots are total rubbish - They only have a steel cap and are very uncomfortable. while waiting for these new boots I had to get a pair of NZ boots - My feet have been so sore I had to go to a podiatrist and get $200.00 foot beds - these at least allowed me to walk most of the day without hobbling - Today I finally got my new boots and for the first time in 2 1/2 months have I been able to walk all day. + with all of your safety features I'm happy as. I expect to get 12 months from these boots - they seem to have the standard quality I expect from Marks workboots - for what I pay for NZ boots and what it costs to bring in green patch boots - the price is about the same but the value is out of this world - Thanks Canada!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very good product These boots are fairly light, keep my feet dry and warm. I did not spray them with silicone waterproofing and they keep my feet dry even while washing heavy equipment. Glad I didn't spend any more $ because it wouldn't be necessary. Great boots.
