Men's Quad Ballistic 8" STCP Work Boot is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Construction Boot started separating at every seam soon after warranty expired. I would not recommend this boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not durable enough I'm on my second pair in 2 months and they are about to be replaced as well. Boots are recommended for forestry but are not waterproof. First pair started to separate at the seems and the second pair is separating at the sole. For the price I would have hoped that they would last longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Comfortable but poor construction Very comfortable boots, waterproof if protected, slick on ice, warm in winter and surprisingly cool in the summer. The biggest concern was the sole separating from the upper and ballistic nylon splitting at the sole plate, 3 pairs in under 4 months last pair went past 100 day guarantee so I've glued the sole back on several times to get my monies worth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite pleased overall I am quite pleased overall. I mostly do warehouse work but often find myself outside and in fields. The boots, straight out of the box, are quite comfortable and do not need to be broken in much. These boots are water resistant, not waterproof. These boots are quite warm and I have yet to have any serious issues.......... The soles do freeze at around -10C. This can make the boots quite slick on ice. I found this disappointing for a "forestry" boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but the good stops there You can't even wear these in wet grass. Your feet get damp within minutes. Had a pair of these years ago and they were great. This model has no waterproof lining. WISH I had read the reviews before I bought mine. Put a sign on the shelves, these boots are only good for industrial shop work, not intended for outdoor use!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not waterproof! A boot that is designed for forestry work that is not waterproof is almost useless. Mine are falling apart after relatively light use. A waste of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the Ballistic Nylon! Great boot, protects my foot, and it's comfortable. Not water proof, but definitely water resistant. I work at a grain elevator so when were loading cars it can be anywhere from minus 40 to plus 40 outside, the boots have kept my feet warm and comfortable in all conditions. 2 Things: - Boot is very stiff to start, took about a week to break in - The tarantula grip is great until the temp drops below zero, then the rubber stiffens up and has very little grip, this is not meant for canadian winters! please Dakota, get rid of the tarantula grip, or engineer it to work below zero!
