Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok for very short term I purchased these boots and within two months the soles are falling off. At first they felt good but in a short time they tend to wear out fast. Just not happy with the Dakota product/bang for your buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent boot for the price I have had these boots for just over a year and they have held up great! my only complaint I have with them is that the soles are completely worn out at the year mark and started leaking when working in a wet environment. I am a mechanic and the boots are always on a cement floor so understandable why the soles wore out so quickly. I would recommend these boots to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are value for money Boot's. I am an Ironworker and these Boot's have gone through it all! Waterproof sprayed from day 1 = no wet feet. They are warm in winter, lightweight and after 14 months of constant grinding, welding and burning on them the sole's have started to wear out. So no issues and great value for money!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent value Have tried at least four different boots over the past few years with varying degrees of success. I found these to be an extremely good work boot. Mine are over a year old, and are just now starting to wear out. I need a wide boot, and these fit my feet very well. They are comfortable, and support my feet very well. Just bought my second pair today! Recommended to a fellow worker, and he was also very happy. Would definitely recommend this boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding durability I've had these boots for over a year, I got them in February 2013, and they are finally wearing out now March 2014. I work on many different construction sites, everything from new school construction to skyscrapers and even residential homes. The boots have been through everything, mud, concrete, rebar, nails wood water... Everything you can imagine on construction sites. The leather upper is still intact and no holes, however I see that if I keep them going another month or two that may change. I spent a lot of time with them on asphalt roofs so needless to say the tread has worn down considerably. All around its a great boot, typically I spend the extra money on the "better boots", but thought I would give these a good this time and the gamble paid off. They are warm, so you don't need to worry too much about -35C, however if you're going to be in a colder climate, maybe invest in some winter boots. As long as you treat with the waterproof spray your feet will stay dry. I will be definitely be buying another pair very soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from awesome work boots I purchased these boots at the beginning of December 2013 , so far I am very pleased with the boots... i stoodbin a foot of snow for at least 3 hours and my feet were swetting and the grip is amazing.I am in construction and have worn work boots for years and its hard to find a good pair of work boots that work as hard as we do, and I am impressed all around. Break in nicely and quick only too weeks.. very comfortable. . And a great value. Pro's : very warm.. inexpensive .. and extremely comfortable. Con's: not waterproof: waterproof spray from day one and u are good to go! I would definitely recommend them to others.
