Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great pants for construction, but not for tree trunk legs These pants are actually really good quality, theyre comfortable to wear and have a fair few pockets to keep a tool or too close by. As mentioned by another reviewer, the crotch sits slightly high. This is not good for any guys who have muscular legs or legs with some timber on them. You WILL blow out the crotch in a few months. I myself have done these to 3 pairs, I only kept buying these because I had a work allowance but now I dont (but still work in construction), Ive decided to look at other pants such as the Helly's. I hope they last a fair bit. Shame really as I really do like the material and general fit, at the waist and width around the legs. In general, great pants for you guys with slimmer legs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great durability - cold metal rivets in winter! Very strong material. Lasted a year working as a welder before having a hole through the front showing the entire front pocket. The only problem is 4 brass metal pin/rivet things - go from the outside right to the inside, so they touch your leg. COLD when outside in the winter. That's the only drawback from these, and the reason I went with Dakota's today when I bought new pants. If the Dakota's don't hold up, I'll go back to these Carhartts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great work pant These are great work pants. They are durable and I love the looser fit particularly in the legs. I just need them to be available in-stock in the larger sizes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome work pants. Not sure what the dude before me works as (spreading legs and bending over) but as an electrician these pants are wondrous. I like them just as much as the overalls. They do sit a little high but can be adjusted to suit preferences. Will be buying another pair shortly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced, uncomfortable, quick to rags These pants are about $22 too much. The waist is too high and the crotch too low. For anyone who spends a lot of time with a wider stance or bending over performing work duties, you will find you must hike the crotch up every time you spread your legs or bend over. This gets old very quickly. Seems everytime I buy a pair of these pants they wear incredible fast and are faded and turned to rags very quickly.
