HD3 Hi-Vis 300D Ripstop Jacket is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not waterproof, still useful OK, like everybody has said…this jacket is certainly not waterproof. It does prevent water from actually soaking you; however, you will be damp if you are wearing it in the rain. As for its comfort, durability, and usefulness when it's not raining, I have no complaints. It is certainly high visibility, it keeps mosquitoes off of you, and I do not find it overly hot to wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not well made the snaps are garbage and the neoprene cuffs tear. waterproof from the inside out so it traps sweat in but you get soaked when it rains. shell gets stiff at -15

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst 169 bucks I eaver spent The biggest waste of money. Leaks everywhere the matching pants leak as bad soaked within 5 min of being in rain. I think it is not a product your company should carry. No warranty no satisfaction. Just plain junk

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible jacket. In short, it's not waterproof at all. It gets soaked right through within an hour of light rain.
