Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable shoes, but not for outdoor construction work I am happy with my purchase, since I bought these shoe for indoor type work. They are very comfortable to wear but these shoe are NOT constructed for use in muddy, and or wet environments. Look at other options if you are wanting to use these shoes for outdoor work. Plus, if you are going to use them for hiking, I would say that there are better choices out there. However, for indoor work where safety shoes are required, then these shoes are a safe bet. But get them wet without first water proofing the leather, then don't expect them to last too long. Remember when choosing a pair of shoes, carefully assess your needs, and make informative decisions by doing your research in advance of purchasing any pair of shoes. It is all about balance, and remember there is no perfect shoe for every need.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stitch Issue The stitches at the left pinky came undone 2 months after using these shoes. This is after using it in an indoor a factory work environment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable and falling apart I don't have the slightest clue why manufacturers put seams at the heels, or why I keep falling for it, but here we go again. I got these as a replacement for a different pair (with a major design flaw) after making enough noise, since Marks and the entire CT brand doesn't stand behind what they sell to begin with. Unsurprisingly, they're 4 months in at my desk job (in a physical warehouse, so I'm required to wear these), they're coming apart in such a way that is beginning to hurt. Other than the heel, these things seem to hold the smell in, even when dried daily, and there's several chunks of the sole that have come loose / ripped off. As an avid hiker, I'm very aware of fit, and make sure my shoes are constantly heel tight, so this should not be an issue at all. After some fight, I'm told I do not have to purchase at Marks in order to be reimbursed by my company, so next time, I just won't. Even if I'm not paying for them (TWICE!!!) it's not worth the headache.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but fall apart I've been wearing cat footwear for years and this will be my last pair. Cat should find a new manufacturer. The quality has gone to the crapper over the last few years. The stitching pulls out, eyelets fall apart, soles lose comfort. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day these boots just don't cut it anymore.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good looking shoe but poor performance! I bought these shoes a year ago, shoes was good for only 6 months. Form used inside shoe is of poor quality and start coming out, which will bite your heal. No recommended .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from incredibly comfortable I expected these shoes to be comfortable but I have to admit they're so comfortable I am quite impressed. Despite the steel toe they are light weight and provide excellent cushioning and support as well.
