- A: Yes, if someone else picks up your order, we will ask for the name on the order and the order number. Please ensure the person picking up the order has this information.
- Q: Can I return a pick up order?
- A: If the store is open, you may complete a return by following our safety measures in-store. If the store is temporarily closed, we are unable to process the return but have extended our return/exchange policy by 45 days after our stores re-open. To review our online return policy click here.
- Q: When will my online order be ready for pick up?
- A: Your order will be ready for pickup in 1-7 business days. Please check your email for your Ready For Pickup email and instructions.
