Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best The pants are heavy they are very big and make a lot of noise when you walk but they are perfect for outside work like maybe if you do construction or gardening or something

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rip after one or two uses Make sure not to do anything else besides standing or they will rip along the seam. I returned it after one use where it ripped, got a new pair, then they ripped right away too by using a ladder. Great rip stop material, but whats the point if the seams just rip super easy, as other reviewers have noticed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty decent pants for my needs i bought these pants in late november and i have to retire them now (mid february) i work in the block layout part of forestry so i hike all day everyday in the bush and snow. the main issue is that the crotch seams ripped apart, and soon after it tore all the way down to the right knee and the inside liner ripped in the crotch too. now, snow collects inside the pants between the liner and shell. it's an overall good product, if there was more choice around i probably would get something else but Marks is all we got here. i find it rather overpriced. it keeps me dry and warm most of the time, if not it's usually because of my own sweat, it feels flexible enough, it is true to its "Rip-Stop" claim, it withstands lots of sharp sticks and branches without tearing the actual fabric, so far. to make it better, as far as i'm concerned, it would need stronger seams and either a good solid elastic waist band or a stronger waist string clip, it keeps sliding down just enough to be on my mind throughout the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants for a storm I bought these pants with the matching jacket as I work outdoors in a yard and wanted to stay dry, I got some belt loops added and reinforced the crotch and haven't had any issues

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't last I am somewhat forced to shop at marks because of their location and hours. I have bought several pairs of these and similar ones like them over the years. I work outdoors in construction and these pants cant cut it. Average time of 3 weeks before falling apart and no longer rain proof. 1 pair ripped the first day wearing them. The staff at the location I shop at always have an excuse not to refund or exchange.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very warm and durable I bought these pants to replace lighter gortex pants that I wear skiing, walking the dog, and pretty well anything outdoors in Ottawa in the winter. These are much warmer than my lighter pair. They are also more durable and fit better. They are snug around the waist area, but have lots of room in the legs. I'm glad I bought them - they are quite warm though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for hunting. Use these pants for hunting an walking through tall grass and thorny bushes. Usually go first thing in the morning when everything is wet from dew. They have kept me dry and comfortable through the bush.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from this product is exellent for the price this product is excellent for the price but on my third pair in 4 months because of the crotch ripping out every time for the quality of these you would think they would reinforce this area.
