Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable, superb arch and ankle support. Day 1 review. I just got these boots for my work place (car shop), as the floors can be slippery at times, I wanted something that would offer great grip on oily garage concrete and also have a strong steel toe. I've been wearing them for a couple of hours now and they are very comfortable. I am flat footed and need something with an aggressive arch support, what these have and feel great. I do pronate a lot as well without proper foot ware, again these boots give me a strong arch to completely counter that pronation. The ankles also have great support, I was trudging through some uneven surfaces and the boots kept my ankle very secure in the shoe. I would be astonished if someone where to so much as sprain your ankle in these boots. Water proofing was another big feature that I was looking for and is like the cherry on top. These are also great for people with wide feet, very comfortable and has a good amount of room but you foot feels very stable. I got a 10 and it felt a little spacy in the toe when I first tried them on, but after walking around a bit that extra space was a nice addition, so I'd get the same size of your shoes. So if you're a size 10 in runners I'd go for size 10 of these boots. All in all I'm very happy with these boots, nice colour too, I work with customers and in the shop so I needed something that would be presentable enough to be in the face of the business and they work well for that criteria. I would recommend getting some high socks since the inside can be a little rough on the bare skin of your shin and heel area. If you are used to wearing ankle socks, they could cause some minor irritation as mentioned by another review here. All in all they are a bit pricey but they fill every aspect I would look for in shoes, I am pretty picky about what I put on my feet but I expect them to hold up for a long time. Exelent build quality, and the 100 day return for defects is very reassuring. Td;dr - very comfortable, strong anlkle and arch support, exelent build quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not construction use I bought these boots just over a month ago and have already returned them because they fell apart. I spend a lot of my day working on concrete floors and ladders and I might as well had 2x4’s strapped to my feet as the sole has zero give and are very uncomfortable even with New insoles. I had very high hopes and was very dissapointed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very comfortable but sides come apart After a few months the rubber along the sides and back started to "delaminate" from the rest of the boot. They actually trapped water. Soon after the soles split in half. Still kept wearing them as they were extremely comfortable but a LONG way from waterproof.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overall I've bought these boots twice. Worked well for ten months. Unfortunately the price for these waterproof steel toes keeps going up every year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Stitching Comfy but the toe cap seams were coming apart after less than 20 days of work on both boots.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible construction My pair lasted me 5 months, the seams all came apart along the sides, and I'm an electrician, so mostly indoor work. Do not buy these boots

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product will not disappoint I got these boots for my new job as a dishwasher, the company I work for requires me to wear shoes that have the feature "Tarantula anti-slip", because I work in a very wet environment. I can honestly say this feature alone has saved me from over a dozen slips already. I also bought these for their waterproof feature as well, and it is excellent, I spill a lot of water on them most of the day and they keep the inside of the shoe completely dry. I have not used them for hiking yet but I can imagine they would be a wonder to use for it. I put some simple gel insoles in them since I stand for long periods of time and am on the heavy side, this along with the shoes own comfort features offer a very comfortable surface to stand in. But the top of the shoes around the bottom of my shin are constantly making contact with it and slowly scratches the skin until it feels like a bad rash. An easy fix, I just wore higher socks to cover this area and it was no longer a problem
