Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very waterproof I bought these on December 12th 2017 and I'm already having issues with the material bunching up/rubbing away in the heel. My toes are always soaked by the end of the work day and when I check my boots they are soaked on the inside at the toes. It has been a very snowy winter, I expected them to at least get me through the season, not barely a couple of months. I thought these boots were supposed to be waterproof? They were comfy to start, but now I am getting blisters in my heels and having to change my socks 3x a day to stay a little comfortable. I am unhappy with this purchase as I think the boots are overpriced for their quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boot. I bought these for working on the railway ( maintenance track worker). So my footwear takes a beating on the rock ballast. I chose these over the other Dakota due to the glass embedded for traction. GREAT feature. I'm constantly working on icy surfaces and the traction with these is awesome. - I think all winter work boots should have this feature. I am usually a 7 but I bought a size 8 and put some felt liners in for extra warmth. Ive had them in -18 so far and toasty warm! Not sure how long the toes will hold up - but so far so good. As far as ankle support- not bad - I feel that the ankle could be a bit thicker on these boots with more of a liner. All in all I'm happy with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very durable I bought these boots for winter and they were the warmest most comfortable boot I have ever worn. However not even a couple months after I purchased them the toes started to deteriorate. The heels on the inside are also gone and now rub on the back of my feet. Wish they lasted me at least a year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought for its anti-slip After it was reviewed as one of only 2 women's boots meeting passing a slip test I picked them up and have only been glad I had. Even though they're work boots I wear them day to day on treacherous days finding them light enough to suit even that use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these boots Bought these boots on CBCs recommendation. No longer have to shuffle my way to work when it's icy. Yes, they are stiff and a bit heavy. Who cares!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features and Surprisingly Light I bought these about a month ago and have been pleasantly pleased. They fit true to size and are much lighter than expected, especially for an 8" boot. They are a bit stiff in the ankle, but that is to be expected. The only thing I don't like is that the shoelaces aren't long enough to lace up the entire ankle.
