Too hard and they keep slipping off my feet

These slides are incredibly uncomfortable. The material is rock hard and has zero cushioning. Worse, they don't stay on my feet at all—my feet keep slipping out, making it really frustrating and difficult to walk in them. Definitely would not recommend.
