Great product - disappointing service

Shoes are good quality and fit well. However, they went on sale for 25% off the following week and instead of just crediting my card since I bought them online, I've been told I have to go to a store and prove that they went on sale in order to get the sale price...seems unusual when they have the ability to do this online for a purchase made online when I sent them the proof by email.
