Both of these hiking shoes are very comfortable. Very cushioned feel on steps which is great for my tired feet and ankles. Have not tested the waterproof aspect of them yet.

Got a used returned pair of shoes instead of new

Very Disappointing Experience with Online Shoe Purchase
Unfortunately, my experience with this purchase was very bad.
I received a pair of shoes that was clearly returned by another customer and sent to me as if it were new. The box was in terrible condition, with human hair inside, and the shoes themselves had visible dirt spots on them. This is completely unacceptable for a new product.
I went to the store near my home to return or exchange them, but they didn’t have any replacement pair available. I was also told that no other store in my city had this model in stock. Because of that, I ended up keeping the used shoes I received, but I am very disappointed with this whole experience.
This situation shows a serious lack of quality control in the online order fulfillment process. Next time, I will seriously consider buying my shoes from another store.

This states wide fit but I usually wear regular width so these aren't that wide. Comfortable & feet stay dry in rain. Have just purchased 2nd pair.

Went hiking wearing these shoes...

These shoes did not pass my 20km test, the heel of the shoe dug into my heel and it was very uncomfortable. My job requires athletic hiking with a pack and I had to find a better pair of shoes for my job.
