Nice but not as cushy as expected

I thought I was buying one pair of totally cushy socks for my husband to wear with a pair of boots that are a bit loose. This is a 2 pair pack, and the socks are pleasantly cushioned but not thick. I gave them to him anyway and he likes them - they keep his toes warmer than other socks do. I found thicker ones elsewhere.
