Very flat and poor insole, fine if you were sitting an office all day. But if you're active and on your feet you'll have to buy a decent insole with some arch support and padding.
Sole and the stitching seems to be holding up pretty well tho.

The inner heel of the shoe is padded with leather which is great as so many shoes have no padding and dig into you Achilles
