Unprofessional behaviour

Very disappointed with the product i have received as the packaging is worst and even a sole from one of the shoe was missing. And the best part is when i checked for returning option i am getting 10$ than what i have paid. Seriously!!!!! I am never gonna shop in mark’s again. This was my first and last order from this store.

not sure what they changed on the new generation shoes, because the first generation ones were very comfortable. these hurt my feet pretty bad, even after wearing them for a full month and breaking them in. absolutely will not buy again.
