Excellent service, excellent shoes.

We had trouble finding replacement Skechers for my senior husband with very wide feet. He loved a particular style, and we spent 30 minutes trying on shoes, looking through boxes etc, getting a bit hot, and discouraged. There was a female employee helping others in that dept, so we shopped on our own. When she was done, she approached us in a friendly, welcoming manner, asking if she could help. Within minutes, she found an almost identica pair in the right size - for us, AND for another shopping looking for the same! She suggested we may want to get 2 pairs, b/c the company often changes styles and b/c she had 2 in the same size for hubbie, we appreciated her suggestion and bought the 2 pairs. Her name was Courtney. And - according to a co-worker at the cash register, "she's awesome". That's lovely to see that staff and customers appreciate her and recognize her value.

Shoes

I have bought these many pairs of these shoes over the past 5 or 6 years. The pair that I just bought has a different sole to all of the previous pairs. This new sole is much harder and much noisier on the luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. I am very disappointed. Why make the change?

This is the fifth time I've gotten these shoes. They are the best. I have problems with plantar fasciaitis and achilles tendonitis, and these shoes help a lot as they give really good arch support and are very comfortable.
