Not wide enough

These were supposed to be wide but they weren't wide enough for me. They were hard to put on and not comfortable. I bought a different style that fit me better even though they weren't advertised as being wide.

Nothing against the product. What I complain about is the fact that when I discovered they didn't fit, Marks declined to refund the shipping cost to me when I returned the item. I don't mind paying the shipping when the item fits and I want to keep it. Why would I ever want to pay shipping costs for items that don't fit or are not as described. Amazon has a much better policy here so I will shop there or in store. Good Bye Marks on line and Good Riddance!!!

Very comfordable and the right fit

It was hard to get wide shoes in store so I went on line and ordered a pair and they are perfect. I was afraid to order on line but was happy to see if they were not the right fit they could be brought back to our usual store for a refund
