Best boots ever

A YouTube recommendation comparing boot performance on ice is what finally put Wind River on my list, a brand I hadn't considered before.
So on a whim I bought a pair and they're by far the best boots I've ever had. They handle snow and ice perfectly.

These winter boots are absolutely amazing! Warm, waterproof and very comfortable. They keep my feet cozy even in freezing temperatures. The sturdy grip makes icy sidewalks a breeze and I really like the stylish design. Functionality is great! Easily a top choice for winter boots.

Perfect online purchase… BAD IN STORE SERVICE.

Excellent website ordering. Fast order filling. Excellent pick up at store in Orléans. Reason for only 3* is went to store after consulting website to verify if boots in my size were available (website showed 2 pairs available). Store clerck (an older fellow) told me immediately they were sold out and added their website was always incorrect and basically useless! I went back home and ordered online same boots, same size as it still showed two pairs available. Got an email “ready for pick up” about 1/2 hour later. Went to the store (for a second time) and pick them up. Got home, went back on website that now showed only one pair available! Store clerck was just too lazy to do his job.
