These WindRiver insulated and waterproof leather winter boots can go from work to a rugged casual weekend adventure. A zippered closure system, pull tabs and a stretch gore in the collar allows for easy entry. A molded backstay and molded TPU toe bumper add even greater durability. They are equipped with ICEFX® rubber outsoles for advanced traction on ice.

The height of the boots is perfect for walking around my 8 acre property in winter. It has leather uppers and rubber around the toes and heels which for me is sizes or better yet wide fit. Size 13 was too big and 12 was too tight (not wide enough). A size 12 wide would have fit me perfectly.

Q: Very tight to put on can I stretch the boot opening? They are ok when once on but quite difficult to put on.

A: Thank you for reaching out. I do not suggest trying to stretch the boot opening as you may break a seam. However, there is a zipper on the side of the boot which should make for an easier on/off. Hope this helps.
