Good underwear for warmth, elastic relaxed by 3rd wash, Marks said I picked wrong size. Have to wear light suspenders to keep them at waist not crotch

Comfortable and seems to be of quality material. Time will tell. I am happy with them. They do keep me warm, I would recommend them for anyone who works outside in the winter.

Horrific Customer Service.

My order was for delivery NOT Pick up. I called your stores and customer service for over a week. Escalated many times. This is absolutely the worst customer service because not a single person could help me get this resolved. None of the managers called back. NONE of the tickets I opened were responded to. Will without a doubt be the last order I place with your company. Shame on your team. Its 2026. There is no excuse for this type of lack of service to your clients.
