Warm and Comfy! Great fit, great as work socks or any outdoor stuff in the Winter

Absolutely love these. I get a few new pairs every winter and will continue to do so every year. Never found ones that come close to their warmth and quality.

I work in a refrigerated plant (read "spend 8 hrs a day in a 5-8 deg Celsius environment"). I wear rather cheap Kamik Ramrod3 rubber work boots with a thick synthetic liner. Paired with these sock, my toes still have a little wiggle room and fit is a little on a loose side as "air pockets" are essential to keep you warm (you never want a tight fit that restricts blood flow in your feet). Having said all that, these socks would still deliver rather average results, especially when my task involves a lot of standing (on a rubber fatigue mat, 1 inch off the ground). Definitely not the "warmest sock". Another downside: they "pill" A LOT (shed those little balls of material after exposure to some friction). Taking off these socks after an 8hr shift means the floor will be covered in pills - guaranteed. And the pills mostly come from inside of the sock (the side that contacts your skin). These socks developed holes just above the heel after 2 months of rather intense use. Otherwise, they felt comfortable and soft. The only reason to buy these (for me) is the price. I bought them for $12, and it also was a "buy one get one free" deal. I won't buy these again and would rather try more expensive wool socks.

I gift 2 pairs of these to my brother-in-law every Christmas. He says they keep his feet nice and toasty. He looks forward to them every year.

Comfortable and cushioning. Great socks for winter wear. Fit well and last for years.
