Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I agree with Pam C. who wrote a review 1 month ago. I also really appreciated the older version which was thicker especially at the heel (See attached photos). I bought the new version of Sof Sole: AIRR and immediately knew they did not help my feet. As I continued with feet pain, I reverted to wearing my 2 year old worn out version which provides more comfort. Please consider bringing them back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How did I live without these? I continue to by pair after pair... for ALL my shoes. Does it make a difference? NIGHT AND DAY! I am 67 years old and very active. WITH these... I can be on my feet all day (8-10 hrs) without pain. Without, I am done in three hours. LOVE LOVE LOVE these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Step Backwards I used to be a big fan of the AIRR Performance Insoles but not since you added the air bubble on the heel. I opt for the older bubble-less version whenever I can find one but they have become scarce so I'm going back to the simpler and far more reliable construction of the blue and yellow Athlete Performance Insert. All my older Athlete inserts are still functional. No matter what you do, air bubbles eventually burst. Sometimes sooner rather than later. When that happens it ruins the entire unit and more importantly it causes pain at the heel along the edge of the circle where the air bubble used to be. Most people don't want to bother fixing it by finding exactly the right kind of replacement foam, cutting out the old bubble and replacing it with a circle of foam. Sure, it's an option but who has time for that? Insoles should work well and last a long time. Foam lasts. Gel lasts. Bubbles blow. Just ask anyone who used to wear shoes with air bubbles in the sole and switched to brands with only foams and gels. The AIRR model has now become an over-designed, liability with built in obsolescence. Although the other sections and features of the product have served me well, I concur with the other customers who are asking for a reversion to the previous design or at least an improved version without the bubble and without the other features people are complaining about. Please listen to us. We know what we're talking about. We're your best customers and you damaged our loyalty with this feature. For the first time in decades I'm seriously considering similar products from competing brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I give it a one-star because the new Airr Model does not even compare to the older model. I am highly disappointed that they changed, especially since I have been buying this brand for 10-plus years. If I were writing of the older model I would give it 10 stars all around!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality I've been wearing these for roughly 4 months now. I wear military boots and conduct training and office work in with these insoles. The quality and cushion are exemplary. They feel good and stay cool. They fit my size 10.5 Garmont NFS boots perfectly. They make the shoe/boot feel much more customized and personal. The only gripe I have with the insole is the heel air cushion device. It sort of deflated and I can notice the round impression especially when doing a ruckmarch or walking for extended periods of time. I'd suggest removiing it or changing the thickness of the direct edge of the circle at the heel to dip down like a smooth bowl.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great relief, but horrible product durability! I bought this product about two months prior to penning this review, as a replacement for some gel insoles that I had been using daily for about a year and a half to support a collapsed arch. Upon using this product for the first time, I noticed that the excellent rigidity of the insert provided a level of comfort that I had only previously gotten from custom inserts. However, this rigidity also proved to be its weakness. After about six weeks of daily use, I started to notice some discomfort in the injured foot. Thinking that my activities were simply just too stressful, I attempted to soldier on until I noticed that my stride had changed quite a bit. Thinking that my shoes just needed some relacing, I broke down the shoe only to discover that a large network of cracks had developed in the insole, and I saw that this too was the case in the other insert. Again, I can't deny that the insole provided great relief for my condition, but seeing as the durability of this product is questionable at best with light activity, I cannot fully recommend this insole to anyone seeking reliable performance from their equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! I'm on my feet all day long and was experiencing foot fatigue. I tried a lot of different insoles with no results, then last week I picked up a pair of these, OMG comfort at last. I have spent the last 5 days on my feet for at least 12 hours a day. My feet have never felt better, even at the end of the workday I still have energy left to do other things They are amazing keep up the good work
