Rated 4 out of 5 by from Timberland Pro Millworks I had to size down 1.5 sizes. Break in period is quite long and heel takes a while to form to your foot. Once the break in period and is over these boots for great. The tongues you pull the boot on with are strong and don't feel like they will rip. These boots are quite breathable and with some goretex leather lotion you can make them really water proof as long as you don't have them in deeper water than where the elastics meet the ankle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great crossover office/field These are great if your job is somewhat in the middle between office and field, im a surveyor who does my own office work pre/post field. So these are great for both the field and the office without having to lug around two pairs of shoes everywhere. These I found to fit bigger I do have a wide foot but usually buy a 10 or 9.5, was shocked to find 9W fit perfectly in these even a bit of room. This is my third pair of Timberland work boots, the first lasted 3 years the second one I wasn't happy with the quality the heel wore out in 6 month's but these ones seem to be much more hearty much more like my first pair. Don't buy timberland gridworks they're poorly put together the heel will wear out in no time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Boot Excellent work boots, I own several pairs of Timberland footwear but this was my first work set and they did not disappoint. I was skeptical about the brown leather finish but they look much better in person. The walls of them around the ankle are a bit thin so they wouldn't be great outdoor boots in the winter time unless you're wearing super thick socks, but for working in a shop or warehouse they are great and can take quite a beating. Keep up the great work Timberland!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Awful pair of boots for working in. Took me two weeks to break them in, however, unless your foot forms naturally then you’ll have your toes crunching up against the carbon toe plate every step. Zero ankle support. If you’re like me and wanted to get rid of laces forever, this boot looked great. It ain’t. Buy laced boots because these abominations literally lack everything you want in a work boot. Garbage
