Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe and comfortable I used these boots last winter and I can vouch for their grip on snow and ice. The slip on style makes them easy to put on and take off. They would be perfect for a person with mobility issues as well. They are extremely comfortable and the insulation keeps your feet warm in all but the most extreme conditions. This is the perfect pair of boots for most daily winter outings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great ice grip and comfort My first pair lasted over five years with many miles on them. They are very comfortable and I usually wear them all day on the job where I am standing most of the time. Their grip on ice gives me confidence to walk the icy sidewalks in my town. They are very warm even at -20. The only time I switch to my high boots is during times of heavy snowfalls. Even after five years there was ample tread, but one sole began to separate and had a split which allowed water to seep in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great winter shoe I bought these as I was looking for a decent pull on winter shoe and did not want a high cut boot. They are comfortable and work well. Recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shoe, but have a question I purchased these shoes a few weeks ago and just noticed one of the shoes has 2 insoles in it, no big deal right ? but when i remove one insole the shoe is to loose on my foot, please advise ?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't work, even on flat surface. I bought these shoes for the supposed grip on icy surfaces. I have had these for a month. Yesterday was the first time I have walked on an icy path and had no grip at all, feet were sliding like wearing normal flat soled shoes. This was on a flat surface, on incline/decline. The improved grip just doesn't exist. Other aspects of shoes are excellent, well made, fit great, good insulation. Just can't rely on them for what was the main reason for buying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Life changing! Please make in women's sizes I'm thrilled to have these. Icy conditions arrived early in NB this year. My spine is fragile and I worry about falling, but these allow me to walk safely year round. Next best thing to crampons, but more suitable for scattered patches of ice in an urban setting. My only complaint: please make these in women's sizes at the same price. Women have different shaped ankles. The tongue is a bit too long and rubs the top of my foot where it meets my leg. I applied Vaseline to the shoes and worked that area to make it softer and bend it up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best winter wear for your feet This is the second pair for my husband. He lives in these all winter with the exception of the odd day of a large snow fall that requires a taller boot for snow clearing. He loves the softness on the bottom of his feet, the ease of getting them on and off as well as the sturdiness on the slippery streets. He will never change from these again.
