Good looks, poor quality
I've had thes boot since early November of 2019. All was going well until just after New Years when the boots practically started to fall apart. The material on the inside heel of the boot has been rubbing off just from daily use (I work in an office so these boots don't see a lot of action). The laces have blown apart to the point of needing to replace them, I brought this to one of the Mark's locations attention but the clerk told me this was normal wear.
I get that these are cases of normal wear however I believe them to be happening much to quickly and I think others should know before purchasing. Next time I will be opting for a brand that's known for higher quality leather boots.

Cheap lace hooks won't even last a month
I bought these boots one month ago and have only worn them for casual situations. The lace hooks are made from a cheap and easily bent metal and one has already broken. I have owned many boots in this price range and this is the first time simply tying my laces has caused the lace hooks to fail. Extremely disappointed that I paid 120$ CAD for these and they have already broken.

Beautiful Boots!!
The online photos don’t do the boots justice, they are well made, built to last. Insoles are terrific, not thin and flimsy.

The boots had slime on the bottom
I bought this product today and it’s just absolutely gross on the bottom, my shoes have some kind of grease on the bottom, and it smells weird. 10/10 would never wear again
