Rated 3 out of 5 by from BOOTS I bought these a month ago mainly for the ice traction advertised. They do not grip on ice as advertised. I fell and was hurt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding comfort and value for north climate Purchased these a month ago online and picked up in the store a week later. Living in Northern Ontario COLD days and frozen toes while snowplowing is not uncommon, but these boots seem to have solved that problem. Very comfortable, warm and easy to get on / off. Great design. Only improvement could be providing an 'extra pair' of the long laces. As the salt gets into then, I can see a day when they will need replacing - they are very long and wrap up the boot and have already seen how the salt will Harden them and cause wear. Suggest to include an extra pair as they don't seem to be 'stock laces'. I WOULD highly recommend these boots for northern climates and I have also used them in the city during the cold snap, between commuter train and office.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Happy I'm very pleased with the purchase. The boots are warm and the grippy soles seem to make a difference.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy and warm I am a school crossing guard so I need a warm pair of boots that I can walk and stand in for several hours a day. These fit the bill. Only issue is that the hand pull hole in back can get hooked into the lace grommets on the other boot which could lead to a face plant. Make sure your outer pants go over the boot rather than into.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing boot Bought these on sale for 167.99 (from 239.99) plus discount with signing online for extra 10% I wear a size 11 shoe and size 11 boot is perfect fit. Boots and nice and light compared to other marks boots and not too tight either. I compared these to the snow leopard boot (sale for 153.99) and found size 12 touching my tow and very tight and clumpy to walk in. Hands down the summit winter boot was more comfortable lighter and more space to wiggle toes plus liner has a soft fur. Quality of boot is durable and solid and rated at -55degrees as opposed to -50 for snow leopard. True test will be standing out in the cold for 8hrs at -20.
