Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the current Canada Post strike shipping times may be longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is happening with Canada Post?
Canada Post is currently negotiating with employees on a new labour contract. Due to these negotiations, there is a current service disruption and items shipped with Canada Post may be delayed.
I placed an order on Marks.com/Lequipeur.com, when will my order arrive?
We are working hard to maintain delivery services across the country, however, there may be delays in some cases. To avoid further delays you can take advantage of our Click & Collect option which will allow you to pick up your items at your local Marks/L’Equipeur store.
Can you use an alternative shipping provider to send my order?
Unfortunately no. Canada Post is our shipping provider at this time.
What if I receive my package after its return date?
We will accommodate our customers who wish to return items that were impacted by the delays.
I have an item that is currently in-transit, will it be affected?
The expected delivery date of your in-transit order may be affected. Your previous expected delivery date may no longer be accurate due to the rolling Canada Post strike.
Where can I find more information regarding the Canada Post strike?
For the latest information about the negotiations please visit Canada Post’s website: www.canadapost.ca/updates
Orders will be charged a standard shipping charge of $6.50 plus applicable taxes. At Mark's & L'Équipeur, our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-8 days (remote locations may take longer).
We will not charge you shipping or taxes on Gift Cards.
To ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you we ship with Canada Post. The shipping carrier is automatically determined by Mark’s/L’Equipeur depending on your order particulars. If your parcel won’t fit in your mailbox, and there is no one at home to receive the parcel, Canada Post will leave a notice card with details on how to collect your order at your local post office.
If you have questions about your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-663-6275.
At Mark's & L'Équipeur, we stand behind everything we sell.
