Bad customer service

I contacted customer service long time ago regarding the online order of this pair. when i picked up the pair of shoes and got home, opened the bag, found the stitches came off from the edge, I sent email and picture and asked for an exchange, not return, nobody replied to me. What kind of service is that? The pair of shoes is still sit in the box unworn.

Poor quality

I've purchased three pairs over the 1.5 years. The last pair cracked in two after using for 3 months. The other collapsed on the inside heel within 6 months each time. I gave up on them and have now purchased a pair of Florsiems which seem to fit really good.
