From Helly Hansen, these Lockdown winter boots are built tough and ready for frigid weather. They have a waterproof rubber shell and a synthetic shaft. The removable heat-moldable technical liner system is cold rated to minus 50 degrees Celsius. These boots are easy to get on thanks to the oversized pull loop at the back. HEAT-MOLDABLE TECHNICAL LINER SYSTEM Molding these liners to your unique feet is easy. Put the boot liner inside the boot. Place a preheated microwaveable heat bag inside the boot liner, pushing it right up to the toe area. Leave it in the boot liner for 5 minutes. Remove the heated pack and pull on the boot, lacing it up snugly. Keep the boot on for a further 5 minutes. Alternatively, heat the boot liner by blowing hot air into the liner using a hair dryer for 3-5 minutes. DO NOT PLACE LINER IN MICROWAVE
