Discrepancy in size of the shoes

Too big and feels out of proportion. Definitely not size 11 in any ways for a women's feet. The arch (top)that covers the feet is too high. ...too loose to walk in it. Absolutely not worth the money. Im returning mine. Hopefully the store accepts and refunds my money since I purchased it through online.
