Horrible online return policy

I wanted to support a Canadian business so ordered from Mark's online. I've never had trouble with Asics runners before so ordered a pair...but they were way too narrow! I tried wearing them for a couple of days to see if they'd stretch but I ended up hurting my foot instead! I also recycled the box as I never thought I'd have to return it.
So because I wore it outside & don't have the box Mark's is refusing to let me return it & refund me! I guess I'll be shopping at Amazon from now on when I order online as they have a way better return policy! Good bye Mark's!
