Not good for cold climate

I like the boots. They look good and fit good. But I didnt realize they came in different warmth ranges. I wanted a winter boot that I can wear when its -20. The boots I recieved and rated northern and good for 0 to -10. I want to exchange them for a Tundra rating which is good for -10 to -30. Otherwise I will return them.

The boots fit well, however, because there is no ankle support, it feels like walking in winter with the same Support a sandal gives
