Change is not good!

Bought two bottles not realizing the formula has changed! After Just opened up a new bottle and used on my kid -could not figure out what smelled so terrible and the consistency is different. Checked the ingredients against the older package and saw the changes. It went straight into the trash! I know you think you are ‘improving’ on something… I have used this product for years and have sworn by it (as someone who burns easily). Please go back to the old formula!!!

Used to be good but now is terrible

There seems to have been a change to the formula. It used to be great. Now it is thicker and smells terrible. I will not purchase again.

Not so natural anymore

Our family has used the after sun soother for years because it actually worked. Most of the natural ingredients have been eliminated and so has the effectiveness. You sold out and made the after sun soother useless and weird smelling. We will no longer buy this useless product.

We used to trust this product and brand and LOVED it. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the new formula and fragrance... We compared our older bottle (which is almost empty) with the new one and WOW the ingredients are so different... Please bring back the old formula!
I'm really not sure why you would change this / your formulations.. corporate greed, cheaper manufacturing... either way, 0/10. As someone that prefers clean ingredients, I will be looking for more natural alternatives...

Used to be great

I just bought a new lotion and am pretty disappointed in the new smell and feel. I LOVED the lotion before but now it's just average feel and a questionable smell. Don't think I'll be buying again unless it changes back. Don't mess with a good thing!

The old version Was light and cooling on your skin. It has a fresh scent that I loved. The new formula smells awful and the texture of the cream is thick. Please go back to the original formula. I will not buy or recommend this product again if it stays with this new formula.
