A tough general purpose boot from Carhartt, this waterproof style features durable oil-tanned leather uppers, protected with rubber toe and heel bumpers. For added warmth, these boots feature lightweight Thinsulate™ insulation, while heavy-lugged rubber outsoles provide good grip on a variety of surfaces.

Outlasts more expensive brands

These are hands down the best boots I've ever owned. Unlike most work boots that start off stiff, the leather here is incredibly soft and comfortable right out of the box. Pro tip: They run a little large, so I recommend sizing down by a half size.
?While other boots in this price range usually die out around year two, these lasted over three. My only unexpected issue was the toe cap stitching, which caused the rubber to shred after two years, though it was mostly a cosmetic flaw. Given that I work indoors, the typical wear (creasing and heel lining tears) wasn't a dealbreaker. I loved them enough to immediately buy a second pair.

Best work boots for me

I have been wearing work boots for over 35yrs, these carhartt boots are the best I've ever had, no break in, confortable and durable.

Back of boot rip out after 3 months hard sole and not comfortable at all over price for not good quality

not very comfortable. the bottom sole is hard and stiff. When I purchased the insoles it made the inside of the boot too thick to where the top of my foot was being pressed hard against the top of the boot and hurt. had to take them out and deal with the hard sole. but good strong exterior.
