I was a little hesitant to buy these socks I normally buy gold toe. After putting them on for the first time I fell in love with them. Feet stay fairly dry when working in the hot weather and don't seem as hot with them on. they stay in place on your calves and very comfortable. I found my favorite work socks. Looking forward to trying the heavier socks when the season approaches.

Great socks. Others have said too tight on calf but I didn't find them so at all. Large was perfect fit for my 10.5 E / 11 D foot. Cooling on hot days, especially with a non-waterproof boot. Wick away humidity and perspiration well. Seem durable as well. I have other Carhartt Force socks and find these among the best. Home run.
