Not color advertised

This belt is well made, but the color is a dark olive color, not black as advertised. I will keep it.
I previously bought a black double stitched version with the "Carhartt" embossed buckle that is really black and I wanted a second one, so I went to the Dedham, MA store a bought one there.
You should be aware that the belts make in India are not really black.

Don't buy!

Just bought this exact belt from my local retailer, asbsolute rubbish. The leather belt ring fell apart the first time I put it on, come to find out the only thing holding the ring together was a tiny little cheap metal staple. This product is one of many examples of the build cheap and sell high strategy plaguing American industry in 2025. Carhartt!! Get your head out of your butt! You used to be quality!

If you ask me, this belt is well below their quality the snaps that hold the buck on keep popping off you almost think I bought a knock off

I've never owned a belt with such a poor design. What the heck were they thinking with the buckle and the loop?? They're not even stitched in! Just semi-held in by a single snap button. What a waste of money this purchase was. Wish I didn't rip off all the tags .. would be an immediate return.
