I've used this boot for years now and find them comfortable once broken in. They last longer than most when it comes to stitching or rips, they are slim which makes it much easier to climb around on steel and in tight spaces. all around a great boot.

I really enjoy these cat boots. They’re extremely comfortable they fit very nice. I love this 8 inch height. I’m a taller person and supports the ankle very well very easy to get in and out of. I will purchase another pair with these need replacing🙂👍

Pretty good boots

Bought these boots to replace my old Keen red hooks as a framer. I will admit I’m not sure if everyone experienced this or will experience it but the break in process was horrifically painful, both my heels were raw and hurt to touch and lay in bed, if anything touched them there was pain however after about 2-3 weeks of pain these are the most comfortable boots I have worn while framing. Lots of support and super sturdy for walking on walls and not too bad in trusses. Only complaints is they will collect ice in the grooves so in winter you will slip and slide a bit but otherwise they are good and warm and keep water out. Only other complaint I have found is the sides aren’t super nail resistant, which technically they aren’t supposed to be but still be careful. While pulling braces a piece of wood with nails went right into the side of my boot and through into my foot. Also I should add the sizing is a little weird. I had to buy the boots two sizes smaller than my normal shoe size for them to fit and feel good.

My favourite work boots

I work as a train conductor and put a lot of miles on these boots every day on uneven and rough terrain. They brake in, in about two days and last me about a year. I've tried many different boots throughout my career as I do around 15 thousand steps a day, nothing compares to these. On my sixth pair and CAT just keeps on improving them. Cheers

I find it difficult to hook the laces to the eye hooks when tying my boots. It's like the opening is not wide enough to slip the laces under.

This is now the second set of these boots I have purchased. Heavy set guy with orthotics. There was room for the orthotics and they were comfortable with the first few days. I am always concerned about buying boots and them being comfortable. These are great, after 14 hours all boots get not so comfy. But for a standard day they are great

En étant quelqu'un qui porte éssentiellement des bottes dans la vie de tout les jours et au travail,j'ai besoin d'une bottes confortable et très résistante,j'ai eu des royer,timberland,keen et des cat dans le passé alors je peux pointer se qui me convien ou non dans une bottes,avec ma botte je veux pouvoir tout faire,bucher,passer la soufleuse,aller a la chasse,tavailler sur un chantier,monter des pylones électrique,marcher plusieurs kilomètres dans ma journée,aller faire l'épicerie,aller au bar,vraiment TOUT,mais surtout ne pas me batre avec a chaque foi que le la met ou je l'enlève,je trouve que cette botte est parfaite pour moi,j'ai changé les lacets pour des lacet en kevlar et maintenant je les adore.
