Loved first pair, second pair uncomfortable

I had my first pair of these boots for 6 years and loved them. Some of the stitching had come loose but I could repair them. So I thought I'd get the same pair again and this time they're SO uncomfortable. There's a seam on the outside that presses into my ankle and the heels are hard as a rock on the inside.
No, I do not recommend this product.

They look nice and are decently comfortable, a little on the narrow side, so I recommend getting a size up if you want to put in insoles.

This boot is well made and looks good. The sole is very flat so an insole greatly enhanced comfort for me. The leather, because of its finish type, scuffs easily.

Worth the purchase.

I have had these boots for over a year. I walk between 1-6km everyday through mud, uneven slopes, wet grass, puddles, snow. They are still in very good condition and I anticipate getting another several months out of them.
They are not water proof, just water resistant, sometimes my feet get a little bit wet if I walk through a deeper puddle.
I love these boots and I get lots of compliments on them.
Will be buying another pair of these when my current ones reach the end of their life.
