Disappointing online order

Ordered what I expected was a new pair of shoes and what I received was an obvious store display where one shoe had visible signs of wear including creases in the leather at the heel and loose stitching while the other shoe was mint. The pair of shoes was also delivered loosely in a bag instead of a box. Promptly returned my order but was not reimbursed for delivery. Very disappointed in this purchase!

My “go to shoe” year in and year out

This is my fourth pair of Bradley shoes. They are light and comfortable and easy to slip on. Their style is dressy casual and suitable for travelling and work. I have more expensive slip ons that I tend to leave in the closet and only use for special occasions. The Bradley shoes I wear most of the time and after one or two years of walking, I replace them. Good price point and consistent quality.

Nice looking shoes, comfortable; however, they are a bit hard to put on. My son needed a shoe helper device to place his feet inside the shoe.

They sent used shoes

The shoes were used. Soles show wear and when we pulled the insoles out there is pet hair all over it. Very disappointing and has changed my opinion on Mark’s.

j'avais déjà une paire pareil depuis quelques années, j'ai choisi le même modèle et la même pointure, malheureusement, les nouveaux sont tellement serré que j'ai du enlever la semelle pour être capable de les porter en espérant qu'ils vont étiré avec le temps, très déçu de cette nouvelle paire.
