Two negatives: 1-trim flips down on forehead as others have mentioned. 2-ear flaps could use a strap to keep the tighter for more warmth.

This hat is warm comfortable and can be easily adjusted. Only flaw is that fabric behind the peak can flip down and looks less than stellar. I check before putting on each time

5 star for cool looks, quality and comfort. But had to give it a 3 star because of sizing.
I tried one in store. They say its a one size fits all ! Yes, fits all small heads. The fit was too tight for me and I don't have a big head.
