Does not protect against rain

I purchased this and was satisfied until I encountered a rainy day—I was soaked through under my clothes. The jacket was not water resistant (nor wind resistant).

Horrible waterproofing

Bought 1 year ago, used about 10 times and already the waterproofing is virtually nonexistent.

Je suis ravi de mon nouveau coupe-vent Columbia. Il est léger, confortable et parfaitement adapté aux journées venteuses ou pluvieuses. La qualité est au rendez-vous, comme toujours avec Columbia. Reordered a new one after 11 solid years. The zipper became stuck and was unable to be fixed. The quality and durability of this product is at the highest level. Looking forward to the new one that was ordered, time will tell if it meets the same standard.
