I bought it for my husband for Christmas and glad i got him this. He’s loving it. He said it’s great that he can wear it even when it’s raining a little bit. And he said it keeps him warm since it’s been freezing cold for the past days. I even recommended this coat to my boss and he bought one too!

This style might be suitable for snow sports as it provides multi-layered, waterproof-breathable protection along with heat-reflective technology to keep you dry and warm. It also includes Omni-Tech™ (waterproof & breathable with critically sealed seams) and Omni-Heat™ Reflective (breathable material with little silver dots that reflect body heat). It additionally has many other great features however does select ski/snowboard-specific features such as underarm venting and/or a snowskirt, so its suitability may vary depending on individual preferences. A: Thank you for your question. Columbia doesn't typically temperature rate their products as individual comfort can vary too much. This is a lightweight insulated jacket built for comfort in cool conditions and includes waterproof-breathable protection & Columbia's Omni-Heat™ thermal-reflective lining. We like to think of our jackets as falling into the Warm - Warmer - Warmest categories and would consider this style to be "Warmer". Hope that helps!
