[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Get one size larger because it runs smaller and narrower. The size wide became standard width. Maybe the size differential is due to the waterproof version.

It’s Waterproof and Not Much Else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy with the water resistance, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive about this shoe. I’ve worn it for hiking everyday for about a week now and the biggest issues are no lateral support, so I’ve been rolling my ankles like crazy and I’ve been developing awful blisters on my heels, it doesn’t matter what type of sock I use.

Nice Lightweight Hikers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for our upcoming Alaska trip. Breaking them in with some light trail walking here in Florida and very happy so far. They were comfortable out of the box, with a nice balance of light weight and good support. Looking forward to trying them out on some more serious terrain (and scenery!)
One thing - I normally take a 9.5W but needed a 10.5W in these shoes. Columbia's return process was simple, and I had the larger boots within a couple days.
