Good looking shoes

Good quality shoe, steady, soft, light, secure perfect for the rainy days and they look great.

I would love to give you a better rating but I’m still waiting for my boots to arrive. Checked the tracking and there has been nothing updated in the last week, that is 7 days. Called your customer service and they created a ticket and said someone was going to call me with an update, still no phone call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks before a trip to Banff, I needed new boots. I saw the boots and the low price. I was skeptical knowing I wouldn't have a chance for a redo if they didn't work, but I rolled the dice. Just got back from 20-30,000 steps/day hiking and walking and I can't recommend them highly enough. No break in period. Comfort straight out of the box and excellent support! Get them.

Stylish and Light, But Comfort Falls Short for Dis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have to give a big shoutout to Columbia’s support team—they were a 10/10 with communication and resolution. Really great experience there.
As for the boots themselves, they look awesome on foot and are super versatile—you can wear them with just about anything. They’re also incredibly lightweight, which is perfect for someone like me who’s used to wearing running shoes.
That said, while they’re comfortable for short wear, they’re not the best when it comes to long hikes. The sole just doesn’t provide the level of support and comfort you’d want for extended time on the trail.
Overall, these boots lean more toward style and everyday wear than serious hiking performance.
