This is a follow-up to a 5-star review I have previously given for Bugaboots. I wore them this October weekend in anticipation of spending the day outside at a canine sports event in rainy, cold fall weather. Unfortunately, the site was flooded with rain from the previous night and needed to be cleared to allow the event to proceed. I found myself standing in cold water up to my ankles shovelling water. I needed to maneuver in muddy water and on slippery leaves and my boots were solid in terms of traction. My Bugaboots did their job and remained absolutely waterproof. The event was able to proceed, I was outside for the rest of the day and my feet were warm, dry and comfortable. I wear these boots all winter long and am 100% satisfied. Thank you Columbia - Bugaboot gets a second 5 star from me! Please do NOT discontinue this model.

Disintegrated in snow

Fell apart while walking in snow. I've bought Columbia snow boots for 30 years and never had an issue until these.

Shoes are so hard, like wearing a rock. Top flap of left shoe has cushion insulation that is uneven ,and bumpy ,hurts the foot. Right side shoe flap has no cushion or insulation at all. The worst quality of shoes.

I love these boots

I cannot say enough about my first winter wearing these boots. My job involves driving and walking in deep snow and what I love the most is they are light weight and not cumberson for driving; I feel secure wearing them yet they are comfortable. Love that they have good traction, and are waterproof. I have been outside shovelling snow, blowing snow and filling bird feeders up to 2 hour or more and feet are still warm. Salt stains wipe off easily. Would buy again.
