I loved the idea of a longer, breeze skirt with sun protection but unfortunately the cut of this was very boxy and unflattering, and the material sounded like snow pants when i walked around. No idea if it actually keeps you cool, I returned it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Simple design and material but checks all the boxes. It's lightweight, roomy but not dumpy looking. Can be dressed up or down, packable, fast-drying, past the knees. Perfect.

Finally a skirt!!

I was so happy to see Columbia finally is offering a long skirt! It is a basic mid calf skirt, perfect for anything. I think it will be great for travel, being easy to pack and the length gives me versatility; modesty when culturally appropriate but still cool, and it can be dressed up or casual. Deep pockets is always a plus, and the small zip pocket to keep things safe/secure or separate. Looking forward to testing out the Omni-Freeze tech in the warmer weather since it’s great in all my tops. It has a narrow elastic waist band so it’s not bulky and there is a draw string as well.
